Originally from Moldova, Serghei earned his degree in Economic Science from Moldovan State University. Following on from his degree he began his career path in Finance and Banking. &nbsp;He moved to Dubai in 2010 and worked for organizations like EMAAR and Al Tayer, where have gained lots of experience and knowledge. In October 2018 with a passion for Real Estate, Serghei started B my Guest Holiday Homes company and has continued working in his area of expertise.

Originally from the Philippines, She embarked on her UAE journey in 2013. Terry holds a degree of Bachelor in Science of Hotel and Restaurant Management,&nbsp;She started a career in Dubai as Business Administrator/HR Coordinator.&nbsp;An organized person with a common sense approach to problem-solving.Terry believes that she&rsquo;s more productive when you love and enjoy the work you do.
